Vinnuhjálp offers training and consultation regarding all HR matters for employers and individuals alike.
The purpose of Vinnuhjálp is to support employers and individuals to promote and support a positive culture in the workplace by providing education and support regarding all HR and payroll issues, as well as personal support to individuals.
Vinnuhjálp's website was launched on Sunday, May 1st 2022, on Iceland's Labor Day.
Services
Vinnuhjálp offers consultation and support for employers and individuals regarding HR matters and personal support, along with a variety of training and education for groups and individuals. Vinnuhjálp's services is not an exhaustive list, but the following hopefully gives an idea of services offered.
All approaches for services are based on each individual case, for example, most training can be adapted, whether to be an on-site or remote training, presentation or workshop, for individuals or groups.
Mission
Vinnuhjálp offers training and support to employers as well as individual employees.
Individuals with knowledge and skills in their own HR matters are more independent, more efficient, and more satisfied as employees. Employers will experience a more positive culture, more efficient work practices, and a workforce that gives back many times over.

Vinnuhjálp aims to aid employers in the labor market to setup and maintain a positive workplace culture and a constructive and empowering work ethic.

Founder
Sunna Arnardóttir
Sunna's educational background lies in B.Sc. in psychology where she adheres to behaviorism and behavioral management, where positive behavior support is the approach used when it comes to communications with individuals and groups, as well as resolution of cases. Sunna is also a certified HRM from UCLA Ext. and with M.Sc. in organizational behavior and talent management.
Sunna has worked in various HR roles since 2009, and has experience working in HR software development and system management, payroll and wage issues, consultation and support for managers and general employees, handling of difficult HR matters, as well as all general HR matters.
